We started here during our trip to Big Bend National Park. The staff is very nice. The hotel is very well maintained. Rooms are very clean comfy beds and all the basic amenities and toiletries. Tue best part was the rooms were cleaned and beds were made, towels were replaced when we came back in the evening. Breakfast is served morning. We were there on Christmas Day and the spread was absolutely amazing.

I’m a Hampton Inn girl for a reason. We were treated like royalty by Jeremy and his crew. Lupe and her crew proudly made a delicious breakfast—the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Well seasoned and prepared perfectly with different flavored waffles every day. Very quiet and clean. Various large groups were very respectful. Awesome motorcycle parking area and a lot for trailers. Indoor pool and whirlpool was perfect. Back area nicely lit for a very calm and chill retreat.

I paid for a 2 room suite but got a standard room. When I asked to be moved to the room I Paid for the guy tells me that every room they have is exactly the same. So why did I pay an extra $20 per night? I'll be down the road at the holiday Inn next time.

Anytime we visit Alpine we always try to stay here. This stay was just as good as all our previous stays. We enjoy the consistency. The desk manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible.

The pool was closed, the person managing breakfast was slow. There were only a couple of people other than myself and most items were either out or not refilled. Other than that everything else was great.

The Hampton Inn has a great staff, clean rooms and great mountain views from most of the rooms. The staff is welcoming, professional and eager to accommodate. They serve a complementary breakfast that is better than you’ll find in most restaurants in town. The rooms are clean, I know…I check with a black light. You will not find a better hotel or nicer people than at the Hampton Inn in Alpine!

Rooms were clean and I enjoyed having a refrigerator. Breakfast was fine, the typical fare for Hamptons. It's a good location for access to Alpine & Sul Ross University. The rates were very reasonable. I used the app for checkout, but i5 couldn't seem to access room key on line, not a problem. I appreciated being able to choose my room on the app. It was very quiet when I was there, which was surprising because it was near the beginning of the fall term. I'm likely to stay again.

Great stay. Very nice hotel and staff. They also had complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening. One of the nicer Hampton hotels we have stayed at.
